Field Nutrition offers one-to-one nutrition coaching by registered dietitian, Meghan Field. Meghan wants people to be in control of their relationship with food. She uses intuitive eating and mindful eating principles to help stop the yo-yo dieting cycle. She focuses on the whole body, and not just treating the symptom. Her goal is to work together to figure out what is causing the symptoms and how we can make you feel better through nutrition.
